In the exhibition, there are 100 works from the High Museum's photography collection. Rooted in the legacy of the New Vision movement of the 1920s, which explores how artists past and present have responded to shifting cultural and technological landscapes. In Suburbia, I examine the contradictions and layered realities of contemporary Black American life, unveiling what lies beneath the surface of the everyday. To see my work in dialogue with both historical and contemporary voices that continue to challenge how we see and interpret the world around us.
